We are recruiting for an R&D Manager, Service Support Engineers and a part time Office Administrator

Service Support Engineer

In order to meet growing demand from our customers, NetDev Ltd is looking for experienced staff to act as Service Support Engineers (SSE) to meet exacting SLA requirements. The SSE's primary purpose, as part of team of dedicated support engineers, is to remotely provide full systems support of the audio conferencing product.  

This role will be suitable for proficient, dedicated and highly skilled candidates who are willing to learn and can quickly get up to speed in terms of understanding the product, its underlying technologies and how to support it in accordance with defined processes and procedures. A minimum of 3 years Systems Administration experience, Linux (RedHat), TCP/IP and VoIP experience is essential.

R&D Manager

We need an experienced individual to manage all aspects of Software production at NetDev. This includes line managing the Development, Test and Systems teams, as well as ensuring that all software is developed using Economical Agile Test Driven Development processes with an an architecture that is flexible, robust and scalable.

This role would require the successful candidate to act as Technical Architect as well as a Line Manager. NetDev is a growing company and we expect the development team to expand considerably in the next 1-2 years so it will be imperative to ensure that work is delegated effectively.
