Network Integration

NetDev’s CIE platform connects to legacy and next generation signalling protocols including SIP, CAMEL & INAP via industry standard container environments.

Diameter is supported, ensuring that the NetDev applications can be deployed in emerging NGN and IMS architectures. Comprehensive records are maintained of every call, which can be accessed by the customer and queried for charging and statistical analysis and extracted into customers’ existing reporting and charging systems.

Common control interfaces, such as MSML and VoiceXML are supported enabling integration with IP media servers, for interactive voice response, conferencing sessions and video integration.  Services Providers can be confident that all CIE applications can be deployed in any legacy or NGN environment – seamlessly and without disruption.

Provisioning

The NetDev provisioning is web based, and accessible from any browser or mobile device.   With support for multi-tenant solutions, service providers can white label and deliver NetDev applications to multiple tiers of customers, re-sellers and distributors.  Each level of sales channel inherits their own customisation capability and cascading hierarchy of self-care.

For service providers not wishing to use the CIE GUI, NetDev’s offers a comprehensive suite of REST API’s.  The Provisioning API allows easy and rapid integration into existing OSS/BSS platforms.
